Q. What does it mean to be in recovery?
A: This journey is intended for people who identify as being in recovery from drugs and alcohol with at least 30 days of continuous sobriety. All participants commit to complete abstinence of drugs and alcohol during the program.
Q: Is Retreat N2 Recovery a Treatment Program?
A: No. Retreat N2 Recovery is not a licensed drug treatment program. We are a team of trained, certified Recovery & Life Coaches and Addiction Specialists with long term experience in the field of drug and alcohol treatment sharing our tools of long term recovery with our clients.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: This is an All-Inclusive recovery retreat. Your transportation to and from LAX and flights to and from the island back to Southern California, accommodations, all of your meals (with ample vegan and GF options), all lectures, massages, acupuncture sessions, holistic practices, and retreat activities are included.
Q: What is not included in this price?
A: We do like to venture into the small towns as a group. You will want to bring money if you wish to buy additional snacks, gift shop purchases and incidentals.
Q: What legal requirements will I need to travel to the Island?
A: You will need a valid driver’s license, travel ID or passport for flight arrangements to be made for your travel to Kauai. Note: You may not be able to attend Retreat N2 Recovery if you have legal restraints such as warrants, court cases, probation or parole limitations without first getting proper authorization from authorities for travel within the United States.
Q: What is the weather like?
A: Kauai’s weather is pleasantly warm year-round. Even in the coolest month of January, daytime highs average 78 F and the evening lows dip to 65 F. August is the warmest month with daytime highs averaging 85 F and cooling off to 75 F in the nighttime. Rain is sporadic and can and does happen in a moment’s notice. Proper rain gear will be provided.
